Our Services
Snowbird Services specializes in providing weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits to your property. Services include, but are not limited to, comprehensive property checks, maintenance, and repairs. Whether you're a seasonal resident or an occasional visitor, you'll be covered.
If you have an issue arise, or just need someone to check on your property, I am always available. Will also provide detailed written reports, including photos, during every visit. You can enjoy your time away with the peace of mind knowing your nest will be as you left it when you return.

ABOUT ME
My name is Preston Lewis, I am a 37 year-old Paramedic and I started Snowbird Services because I want to help make sure your home is always comfortable to come home to - whether you are gone a week or 6 months. I found this need by noticing many of my neighbors just not having someone local to help them take care of needs that arise when they are out of town. I have a plethora of handy-man skills as well as many relationships with local licensed repairmen. I will ensure the yard stays as beautiful as you left it and you do not come home to any surprises. I am able to provide a level of care that nobody else will - you will have my direct cell phone line and I will be able to take on any issues or needs that arise, whether that means me personally taking care of it or ensuring that the proper people are put on the job in the most cost effective manner. I have a current fingerprint clearance card and will be happy to provide you with written reports and pictures after every visit to your home, so you can spend your time enjoying where you are and not worrying about your property.
